Our Founder

In August 2020, Danicia Fancy Mosely, a Louisiana native, founded the non-profit organization Future Innovators Venturing Entrepreneurship (F.I.V.E.). She is deeply committed to working with disadvantaged populations and strives to help them access resources that can enhance their quality of life.

Our Mission

F.I.V.E. (Future Innovators Venturing Entrepreneurship) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a better future for families. We provide essential support, knowledge, and life skills to empower individuals to create and innovate. We aim to maximize our impact through collaboration with service-based organizations, business leaders, coaches, and facilitators. We value input and involvement from parents, board members, staff, volunteers, and residents to enhance the experiences of our youth, adolescent, and adult clients within our community.

Who We Serve

F.I.V.E. serves youth and adolescents aged 12 and up who are in need of life skills to support their journey toward successful adulthood. Additionally, we provide valuable life skills, training, and wellness support for adults, ensuring that people of all ages benefit from our programs.

F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program

The F.I.V.E. Holistic Employment Training Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower substance users who are marginalized in their communities. This comprehensive program offers a structured journey toward self-sufficiency and independence. Participants undergo rigorous career readiness training, acquiring industry certifications that open doors to stable employment. This process begins with group counseling and progresses through job training and placement, all while receiving crucial social services support.

 

By the program's end, individuals are not only equipped with essential skills but also newfound confidence to reintegrate into society, make positive contributions, and secure their financial futures. F.I.V.E. creates a sustainable pathway towards self-sufficiency, offering hope and economic security for participants and their legacies.

  • 4 cohorts per year for the residential and workforce training program 

  • 10-15 participants per cohort

  • 12-week programming and certification phase per cohort

  • Graduation/Program Completion

  • Job Connection services for 12 months following graduation/program completion

  • Wrap around social services for 12 months following graduation/program completion
